Hi Lanaya,
I realize that marriage, and especially marrying someone your family approves of, is extremely important in your culture. And I understand losing him to someone else was devastating. But please consider that you don’t need marriage or another person to be happy.
It’s possible you cheated on him in a past life, and it could be the reason he shunned you, but don’t let it get you down. Everyone has been good and bad in past lives. What’s most important now is reacting with love instead of fear as often as possible.
It’s also possible that you two aren’t that compatible in this life and you wouldn’t have been happy married to him.
There’s someone else who is a better match, but you must let go of the old to welcome the new. Every time you find yourself thinking of him, tell yourself “It’s time to let go, move on, and welcome someone new. I’m excited about the future.”
