Walking Meditation– How to De-stress with Binaural Beat Audios

IMG_2928Meditation is a great way to de-stress and gain clarity about any situation, but sometimes extraordinary stress makes it very difficult to mediate, thus relax.

Here’s one method I use that works like a charm every time, no matter how stressed I am: 

Walk for at least 20 minutes (30 or longer is better) in nature or on a treadmill while listening to a binaural beat technology audio like my Let Go™ MP3.

The Let Go™ MP3 is not a verbal, guided meditation, but instead utilizes specific binaural beats that automatically put you into a meditative state. No effort required. All you do is turn it on and Let Go™.

The repetitive movement of the walking meditation, along with the binaural beats, will help you let go of stress trapped in your body and mind.

De-stressing with binaural beat audios will also work with other forms of exercise if you can do them continuously and without having to think too much.

Caution! Do not listen to Let Go™ MP3 or any other binural beat audio while driving, operating machinery, riding a bike or walking near or in traffic, or at any other time you need to be completely alert since it will put you in a meditative state– some people go very deep without realizing it.

Binaural beat audios like Let Go™ may also be used with your eyes closed while relaxing or meditating, or with your eyes open while doing other things (you’ll find that you feel more relaxed, get more into whatever you’re doing, and time will pass more quickly). It’s also good for power naps and to stimulate a more passionate and meaningful sexual experience.
