Did you know that lost souls (their bodies died, but their souls didn’t go to the Light) can wander the physical Earth plane and cause problems? Sometimes they follow you or attach to your energy (which is different than possession) and encourage bad habits. Some will try to interfere with your love life if they don’t like your partner, or attempt to keep you single so they have you all to themselves. Even worse, most people are unaware of the problem unless they’re especially spiritually sensitive.
Case history: Christine, an aspiring actress, came to me because she suspected she had entities with her. Her symptoms were unexplained low energy, hearing voices (often negative comments about her boyfriend), and drastic personality changes when drinking.
At the beginning of her session, she mentioned that earlier she felt sudden and baffling fears about the appointment, and a strong desire to cancel and almost did. I told her that’s very common because entities try to stop what they know is going to expose and remove them. The same thing sometimes happens with my Spiritual Detox Script; part of someone wants to use it, but a part of them doesn’t. Sometimes they never “get around” to using it. Even people who use the script regularly (me included) may occasionally feel resistance about using it, but always feel better after they do.
After I explained the Spiritual Detox process to Christine, I led her through a guided meditation to help her relax. Next, I had her scan her energy field and body, in her mind, to help identify any areas with dark spots or negative feelings, which could indicate hidden entities. It was clear to her that she felt and saw a dark mass in her solar plexus. I then told her I was going to dialogue with the dark mass, and I wanted her to speak for it by saying the thoughts that came to mind (she was a natural at this because of her acting background).
As soon as I started dialoguing with the mass, the hair on my arms stood up and I “knew” it was a lost soul; I could feel his presence, and he wasn’t friendly. During the process, we discovered that the soul of an older man joined her energy one night while she was drinking with friends at a bar. His body had died several years earlier of alcoholism, and instead of going to the Light, his soul had wandered around trying to get his fix through others. We also learned that he didn’t like her boyfriend at all, wanted Christine to himself, and would start arguments to try to break them up (can you see how some hidden entities can keep people single or unhappily involved?).
Next, I talked with the entity to help him realize how he was hurting Christine and himself by staying stuck. I also explained to him about the wonderful life he was missing out on by not going to the Light, where his loved ones were waiting for him. After some encouragement, he agreed to leave. Before doing so, I asked him to scan Christine’s energy and find any other entities. He located three. After they also agreed to go to the Light (they had been listening), I called in their loved ones from the Light and they all went willingly. Christine instantly felt a surge of energy and a sense of peace.
Many people think lost souls and spirit attachment are rare and they don’t need to worry about it. Possession, especially like depicted in the movie The Exorcist, may be rare. But in reality, I and many other experts have found that at least 80% of people are likely experiencing non-possession spirit attachment.
Since it’s easy to confuse a hidden entity’s thoughts with your own and remain unaware of the problem, spiritual clutter can be a huge problem in all types of relationships, in addition to robbing your energy.
