Hi John,
If I could package a universal fix for non-existent mutual and lasting attraction, I’d be a multi-billionaire.
Unfortunately, the dating and relationship problem of one sided attraction is not only common, but the norm.
Beyond a superficial attraction, which fades with beauty and, or when you realize the person is different than you initially perceived, mutual attraction is rare.
Sometimes people are mainly attracted to qualities they wish they had like youth, good looks, height, a good body, and so on, so of course it’s going to be one sided.
Superficial mutual attraction is less of a problem for two very good looking people. But if a strong, compatible, and mutual positive energy connection isn’t there, it won’t last.
Attraction consists of many things, including personality, confidence, physical appearance, and the unique energy connection (which is influenced by your shared past lives), and they are all interwoven.
Authentic mutual attraction and compatibility is like the pieces of a puzzle fitting together, but usually not so perfectly.
Love Life Timing is Key.
What if you aren’t pursuing people who are way out of your league, you don’t base dating mainly on appearance, you don’t have major personality red flags, yet you still have trouble finding someone with whom you share a mutual attraction and connection? It’s probably your love life timing, which might not be so great for meeting a compatible partner. Love life timing changes periodically, so hang in there.
Lasting, mutual attraction is rare, but if you make the most of yourself, are realistic, drop expectations, and put yourself out there, eventually you’ll experience it. In the meantime, enjoy the single life.
